3. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability.
Product images are for general representation. Actual vegetables and fruits may naturally vary in size, shape, colour and appearance.
Product availability may change depending on stock and seasonal conditions.
Some products may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If we cannot fulfil an ordered item, we may contact you regarding an appropriate alternative, adjustment or refund, as applicable.
We do not guarantee that every product will be available at all times.

Delivery is currently available in selected areas of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Delivery availability depends on the customer's PIN code and serviceable location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, operational conditions or product availability.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and active contact number.
Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the order.

8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order enters processing or packing.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be available.

Apni Tokri may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, operational issues, payment problems or other valid reasons.
If Apni Tokri cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Since vegetables, fruits and ready-cut products are perishable, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
Orders cannot generally be returned simply because a customer changes their mind.
Damaged, spoiled, incorrect or missing products should be reported promptly.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other relevant evidence to help us investigate.
After reviewing a complaint, we may offer a replacement, store credit or an eligible refund.

Individual delivery cancellation does not automatically cancel the entire subscription.
Subscription cancellations, pauses, skips, adjustments and refunds are governed by the applicable subscription terms and policies.
